Booking & Payment:

Appointments must be booked in advance through the website or by contacting me directly. Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment, especially for bookings totaling $100 or more.

Payments are processed securely through my website or in-person at my salon. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be done within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within the designated timeframe. If you reschedule, your deposit will be applied to your total. Refunds for cancellations or no-shows are at our discretion.
